Music of the Night at La Sala

IF you can’t get to the West End theatres in London, then the West End will come to you on March 23 and 25 in particular when three stars of the musical stage appear at different La Sala restaurants.

In a presentation entitled  Stars of the West End, three well-known and successful performers who have played leading rolls in a number of musicals will be presenting a number of the best-loved songs from musical theatre, many of which they performed in.

Mike Sterling has had leading roles in Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, High Society and Oliver in London and on tour, including two memorable visits to China and was the Phantom for several years, appearing on a cast recording as well as an anniversary cd.

Jo Gibb played the mischievous and thieving Rumpleteazer in Cats and appeared in the video release. She also performed in the musical Beauty and the Beast as well as Starlight Express and the Rocky Horror Show

Michael Conway made his first stage appearance in Fiddler on the Roof, then toured in Flashdance and had a long run playing the character Joe Pesci in The Jersey Boys, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.

Other dates for the show are March 22 at the Tamisa Golf Hotel and Las Lagunas Theatre, Mijas Costa on March 24.
