Discover the market price of any home in Spain

BANKIA has launched a free tool that allows anyone to discover the market price of any home in Spain. People can even obtain a detailed report on the property, local facilities, and its price evolution in recent months. 

The tool can describe the socio-economic condition of the neighbourhood, transport services, nearby shops and schools, and information on the local real estate market.

It has only been active for just over a week and has seen thousands of ‘simulations’ carried out online each day. 

Developed in partnership with property portal Idealista, the tool estimates prices based on previous offers and counter offers collected by Idealista. It also has a mortgage simulator which can estimate monthly costs based on loan calculations and the property’s intended use.
