SEARCH BACK ON: An excavator in operation near Lisa Brown’s home.
GUARDIA CIVIL investigators in Algeciras have announced that a new search for the remains of missing expatriate Lisa Brown is underway.
The 32-year-old from Alexandria, Dumbartonshire, disappeared from her Guadiaro home in November 2015.
Six people have been arrested over the course of the investigation, including Ms. Brown’s boyfriend Simon Corner, 34, and 51-year-old Stephen Jackson, both of whom remain behind bars in Spain and the UK, respectively.
Around 20 police officers and council workers operating heavy machinery could be seen searching near the victim’s home in the Cerro Gordo area of Pueblo Nuevo, near Sotogrande, early on Friday February 3.
