So many Christmas and New Year options

Marbella Club Hotel.

IT IS often difficult to know how best to celebrate on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve but if you have decided not to spend your time being tied to the kitchen then two of Marbella’s premier hotels, Puente Romano and Marbella Club may well have the answer and you will be guaranteed superb food together with quality wines and service that promises to be second to none.

The Sea Grill in Puente Romano is offering a fantastic choice with a Christmas Eve seafood menu as well as a Christmas Brunch which includes Lobster, Oysters and for the traditionalist, Turkey followed by an impressive assortment of deserts and pastries.

Moving forward to New Year’s Eve, the Puente Romano offers an even greater selection with a delightful evening of fish or beef at the Sea Grill.

Alternatively, there is a Gala Dinner in the Salon Andalucia which starts at 8pm and carries on until late with music, gastronomic specialities and fine wines and champagne or for those who prefer a more Asiatic twist there will be a New Year celebration at UNI in the Puente Romano Plaza.

If you simply want to drink without eating, Joe’s Bar and La Plaza will be open from 11pm and La suite will open from 1am until sunrise with specially selected music supplied by the DJs.

The Sea Grill opens again for New Year’s Day brunch.

For details of all of these events as well as special New Year’s Eve accommodation and meal offers and special prices for children, email restaurantes@puenteromano.com, call 952 820 900, or visit www.puenteromano.com

Above is the selection from one great hotel, but just a few hundred yards away from Puente Romano is the elegant and equally exclusive Marbella Club which is also making sure that guests can enjoy the festive spirit there.

The Grill Room will host a Christmas Eve Gala Dinner with a visit from Santa Claus and Christmas Carols from ‘Pastoral’ then on Christmas Day, the Grill will offer cocktails, a full lunch with wine and cava together with entertainment from a live jazz band as well as the opportunity for guests to enjoy a fire in the Champagne Room.

For those who fancy something a little less formal, the MC Café will be serving its à la carte menu on Christmas Eve.

Then on New Year’s Eve there will be another chance to enjoy the renowned Marbella Club hospitality with the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner which includes a Dom Pérignon cocktail, five course meal together with wine and Bollinger with live music from the Claude Cohen Trio Jazz Ensemble and from midnight a DJ and open bar in the Champagne Room.

Assuming that you still have room for a little more festivity, there will also be a magnificent first day of the year buffet lunch at the Beach Club starting at 2pm.

To find out more about the offers or to make your booking visit www.marbella club.com or call 952 822 211.

One thing is certain, if you spend New Year’s Eve at either of these venues you will be guaranteed the traditional 12 Grapes of Good Luck.
