Inside the new building.
THE Gibraltar Electricity Authority’s new public counter was officially opened on November 15 by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and Dr John Cortes.
The new public counter, located at the Consumer Services Office, 4-8 Rosia Road, is modern, clean, and attractive thus recognising the wishes of customers, and catering for all of their individual needs, has been one of the main drivers of this building which reflects all that is required in the 21st century.
The counter is fully accessible particularly by those who require special assistance, through the incorporation of a low-level counter accessible to wheelchair users, and an audio system with induction loop which will enhance microphone sound for those users who rely on hearing aids.
