MALAGA police, acting on a European warrant have arrested a 27-year-old British man who has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for a number of different offences undertaken in 2012 and 2013.
The offences cited by the British court include vat fraud totalling €30,000, use of false documents, driving a stolen vehicle and possessing a fake passport.
He is now in custody awaiting extradition back to the UK.
