Brand new dish at Cibo Italiano


CIBO ITALIANO, the fantastic restaurant on the Golden Mile, has just advised Euro Weekly News that a suggestion originally made by Michel Euesden has been taken up and transformed into a brand new speciality dish being offered to diners at the restaurant.

Tagliolini al Tartufo Nero is a gorgeous and rather exciting new dish consisting of fresh tagliolini pasta, black truffles and aged parmesan cream which is prepared inside a Parmesan Wheel at the table.

This dish, the preparation of which can be seen in the video below is just one of the many delicious options available at Cibo Italiano
