The insurance company wrote off my car and because the brokers failed to pass on the relevant information, I will receive nothing for my car. Fighting the insurance company is never easy but it sounds as if you have a case. The first step is to discuss the problem with your broker. If you find him reluctant to help, you can contact the ‘Atención al Cliente’ or ‘Defensor del Asegurado’ department of the insurance company. There is a telephone number on your policy. You will need to put your case in writing.
