Bridesmaid from Huddersfield loses life after operation in Malaga

TOTAL SHOCK: The victim apparently died suddenly, but the reasons remain unclear.

A 31-year-old woman from Yorkshire has died of unknown causes in Malaga, following a routine operation to drain an abscess on one of her teeth.

Natalie Beaumont was on a hen party with a group of friends, who had rented a villa on the Costa del Sol for the duration of their holiday.

She was due to be maid of honour at the hen’s wedding when the 11-strong group returned to the UK, but on the fourth day of the trip, she began to complain of toothache after the party had earlier enjoyed a boat trip and karaoke.

Natalie had organised the trip for best friend Sam Thompson, with the bride-to-be expressing her shock at the sudden nature of the tragedy.
“She planned the whole thing, which was perfect,” she said.

“It was amazing. She put so much care and thought into every little bit. For her to go on a hen do and not come home is unthinkable.”

Husband of five years Brett also paid tribute to his wife, as he said: “Everybody who knew her loved her. She was a wonderful step-mum to my daughter Lucy.

“We were not just husband and wife, we were best friends. “She had just so much love for everyone and never had a bad word to say about anyone. I loved her more than life itself.”

He went on to thank well-wishers for their messages, cards, and gifts, adding that “it is so nice to see the love that people have shown for her. She was a lovely person and it’s such a tragic loss.”

The family are currently waiting for the return of Natalie’s body, and to find out the reason for her unfortunate passing.
