Fugitive arrested for gang raping British woman

A 36-YEAR-OLD Spanish man has been arrested in Adra for his involvement in the gang rape of a British woman that took place in 2009.

The man, who is allegedly also a martial arts expert, was taken down by armed police after initially attacking them and then taking flight. The police had to fire a warning shot before finally managing to subdue the fugitive.

The man was convicted along with two other men – one of them his brother – for raping a British woman in Roquetas de Mar in an abandoned building near a castle seven years go. The other two men are already in prison.
