The lavish sports car which was appropriated by police.
NATIONAL POLICE forces in Malaga have seized a high-end Ferrari valued at €270,000 from a private garage near the city’s airport, with the car wanted by Belgian authorities in connection with a money-laundering investigation.
An international cooperative effort revealed that the owner apparently hid the car in Spain to avoid it being repossessed, but now it has been impounded and made available to judicial authorities.
Following his journey to Malaga, the accused was arrested on his return to Belgium.
