FOLLOWING on from the devastating earthquake on April 16 in Ecuador, another tremor has been felt in the Canary Islands off Tenerife on April 20 at around 15:30. A quake measuring 4.2 in magnitude has been felt in Villa de Valverde in the district of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the volcanic island of El Hierro. There are currently no reports of any injuries or fatalities.
