PRIOR to leaving for the Easter break, Governor’s Meadow First School and Nursery held a Spring ‘Eggstravaganza’ on Monday March 21 which saw the school community come together for an afternoon of creative arts and delicious treats.
More than 200 pupils contributed to a spectacular display of decorated eggs which were on show in the school hall during the event for all to enjoy.
The school was overwhelmed and grateful for the tremendous response from parents and carers in baking for the cake sale .There was a vast array of delicious baked treats that made the Spring ‘Eggstravaganza’ such a huge success.
Governor’s Meadow is holding a number of fun events throughout the year as a school community to support worthy causes. This event raised £295 for Calpe House.
