SOLIDARITY WALK: Anemona supporters set out for Altea la Vieja.
MORE than1,000 people joined Anemona’s solidarity walk, ‘Altea camina amb tu’ (Altea walks with you).
Anemona is a local support group for women with breast or gynaecological cancers and participants paid €5 to walk from the town centre to Altea la Vieja and back.
Afterwards there was a giant paella at the Tuesday market site with games and a bouncy castle for the children.
