Good news for urban investment in Marbella

Marbella Town Council has awarded two new building licences for a total of more than €1 million. 

Works Councillor Blanca Fernandez has said in a press conference that the amount paid for the licences was €511,000 and €512,000 respectively. 

With these two new licences, the total urban investment in Marbella has already reached €8 million so far this year. 

Fernandez said: “There is no doubt that the economic potential of Marbella is still very important, as it can be confirmed week after week with the approval of new urban investments”.
