Street renovations complete in Estepona

WORK on Estepona’s central Calle Pozo de los Palos has concluded, the council has announced.

Carried out by Joal Cabezas Promociones SL, which presented a quote 33 per cent lower than the initial maximum budget allowing the town to save more than €77,000, the work included renewing drainage, pavements and surfaces, plant pots and planting 15 sweet orange trees.

The job was part of the town’s ‘Estepona, Garden of the Costa del Sol Project’ under which 74 streets have been renovated so far.
