ACS construction group is selling, subject to final approval, 80 per cent of its holdings in Servicios, Transportes y Equipamientos Publicos, which in turn holds 50 per cent of one of the lines in the Barcelona Metro system. It anticipates that the sale will not only release capital for reinvestment but will show a profit of around €70 million for the company.
