InTempo building: Europe’s tallest residential skyscraper.
THE InTempo building, which is Europe’s tallest residential skyscraper, is up for sale at €90 million. For that you get a 189-metre-high twin-towered building with 47 floors and 269 apartments.
Reports that the building was designed without lifts have always been denied by the developer, but the project has had its problems, including the collapse of a freight lift which lead to the injury of several workers, and criticism from the emergency services regarding emergency access to the site.
It is thought that it won’t be too difficult to find a buyer for the building, even though it has yet to be completed. There are suggestions, however, that its value is nearer to €50 million.

The value is more like 100K per apartment on average, as you need to budget 50K or more per apartment to get the remaining work done. So then the value is less than 30 million, which is what it eventually will sell for 🙂
