Jesus Ruiz Casado.
A FUENGIROLA court has issued an order for the National Police to find out the whereabouts of Jesus Ruiz Casado, owner of Spanish developer Aifos.
Ruiz is currently embroiled in a lawsuit for presumed concealment of assets. The order, which was issued on December 18, explains that during the trial the accused was notified that he was obligated to provide information about where he was living, and he failed to comply with these instructions.
As a result the National Police have been put in charge of locating his whereabouts.
Ruiz was recently handed a jail sentence and fined €2.2 million, a sentence which is currently awaiting execution.
