Danish royal rescued from sea in Australia

NEWS has just been released that on December 17, 10-year-old Prince Christian, second in line to the Danish throne was rescued after experiencing difficulty caused by high waves in the sea at Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast of Australia.

A lifeguard, Nick Malcolm saw that he was in difficulty as he had been caught by an undertow which might have made it impossible for him to return to the beach and although Danish officials have inferred that the Prince was not in trouble, senior lifeguards have taken an opposite view and believe that Mr Malcolm saved the young prince’s life.
