LOCAL POLICE: Have launched a special campaign.
CUEVAS DEL ALMANZORA Local Police have launched a special campaign and will increase patrolling over the Christmas period.
Until January 7, due to the increased number of people and vehicles which will be in the centre of the town, the police will direct traffic and increase foot patrols during commercial hours to make it safer for shops, so that residents and visitors can enjoy a safer experience.
The police will be stricter with illegal parking and sales, and be on the lookout for shoplifting. They will also check the authenticity of products, focusing especially on toys. There will be more alcohol tests and stricter measures regarding opening hours, acoustic contamination, taking up space on the pavements and illegal parties.
