Northern Ireland school boy to get trial with Real Madrid

AN 11-year-old school boy from Northern Ireland is to be given a trial with Spanish giants Real Madrid next year.

Mark Norris from Whitehead in Co Antrim is currently part of the Linfield FC academy.  Linfield FC are one of Northern Ireland´s biggest teams and their home ground, Windsor Park, hosts Northern Ireland´s international matches.

Mark has already caught the eye of the famous Spanish team as two years ago he took part in a Real Madrid summer camp.  

Mark´s father Keith, a Manchester United fan, said that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for his son. 

Mark´s favourite player is the Real Madrid star and former United player Cristiano Ronaldo.
