Fifth fatal accident in 10 days in Malaga Province

A NATIONAL Police officer assisting a driver who had had an accident on Malaga City’s Ronda Oeste ringroad on Sunday evening (November 30) was hit and killed by another car, emergency services have reported.

The policeman, aged 60, was the fifth person on foot to be hit and killed on roads in the province within 10 days and as the 65-year-old driver of the car that ran him over had not been drinking or taking drugs investigators initially suspect low visibility was the cause of the accident.
