A recent judgement by a provincial court in Malaga has ordered a man to pay €496 in damages on top of a €200 fine after he was found guilty of scratching another man’s car.
The original incident happened in a Marbella health centre car park earlier this year.
The car owner parked his vehicle on March 16 when he was approached by the accused who told him that the car would have to be moved. The man is understood to make a living by directing cars into parking spaces and an argument started between him and the driver.
The following day the driver parked in a different area but later saw the accused and another man beside his car and discovered it was scratched.
