A POST-MORTEM examination carried out following the discovery of the body of a 36-year-old Finnish woman in Fuengirola on Saturday (October 24) are inconclusive, investigators have reported.
The woman’s body was discovered with signs of violence at a home on Avenida de Los Boliches, Fuengirola, at 8am and the National Police took her husband, of the same age and nationality, in for questioning due to suspicions of a case of gender violence.
Yet the post-mortem has not provided conclusive evidence to enable the husband to be accused of the death and investigations continue.
The couple is believed to have been spending an extended holiday in the Costa del Sol town.
