Housing market recovering in Murcia

MURCIA is the region that has reduced its housing stock the least in the country.

A report by the Servihabitat real estate agency said the autonomy will continue to have one of the highest concentrations of stock in the future and despite the increase in the buying activity this year, it will not be as noticeable as in other communities such as in Alicante Province, where the housing market is particularly active.

The report concluded that the housing market “is experiencing a gradual normalisation process, an increase in the volume of purchases and a gradual appreciation of housing prices. There are clear signs of recovery in the sector.”
