A MAN sentenced to a year-and-a-half in jail for stealing lottery tickets and threatening police officers in Torremolinos in February 2011 has had his appeal rejected by a Malaga Provincial Court.
The appeals court confirmed the original case, which found the man guilty of breaking into an ONCE lottery kiosk and stealing €580 worth of tickets, €300 in cash and other effects and threatening police officers after his arrest.
