Motril joins UN equality goals

TO mark the International Day of the Girl Child on Sunday (October 11) Motril pledged to follow the United Nations’ goals on the matter and continue to do everything possible to promote equality.

This year’s UN theme, The Power of the Adolescent Girl: Vision for 2030, encourages society to acknowledge girls’ rights and the challenges and vulnerability they face worldwide.

Goals include ensuring sufficient investment in education and training to prepare girls for life, work and leadership and fighting violence in all forms.
