Parking for doctors in Torrequebrada

FOLLOWING recent requests from health centre management regarding parking places for doctors, Benalmadena Council has done work to mark reserved spaces and create more of them.

In Torrequebrada, Works Councillor Salvador Rodriguez reported, road markings have been repainted and vertical signs installed and in Benalmadena Pueblo, the same was done and two extra spaces were reserved for doctors.

Health Councillor, Alicia Laddaga has thanked the Works Department for its quick response and reminded locals of the need to respect staff parking at the health centres.

Sometimes, she explained, doctors have to rush out on emergencies and they need to be able to move quickly.
