LOCK stock bar and grill is a traditional English style restaurant serving authentic typical home-made good food located overlooking the sea in Altea, Alicante on the Avenida Mediterranea, 1.

The restaurant is run by Richard, a friendly and welcoming host he has worked within the catering industry pretty much all of his life. A native of Cornwall in the UK he started off as a fisherman before moving into catering and moved over to Spain some 14 years ago to set up his own bar and restaurant.

His restaurant enjoys rave reviews on TripAdvisor for its good food, excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

The establishment is well- known for showing all of the major sporting events too, from football to rugby, motor racing and tennis, it has large outside and inside areas and also runs live music gigs regularly throughout the year and are happy to organise private functions too.

Open from 11am to 11pm in the winter and slightly later during the summer months, only closing on Wednesdays, the bar and grill restaurant serves up tasty home-made favourites from breakfast through to dinner, with daily specials for just €6 that include a drink. Big breakfasts, steaks, homemade burgers, fish and chips, pasta dishes and curries are all on the menu and prepared fresh every day, offering variety and the taste of back home right here in Spain.

When there is no action on the television diners can enjoy a few drinks over a game of pool or darts after their meal.
