IN August, identical twins Teresa and Catalina were born at Malaga’s El Angel hospital following an extremely rare ‘Mo-Mo’ pregnancy.
These types of twins, that share an amniotic sac and placenta but have separate umbilical cords, are extremely rare, making up just one in 50,000 cases, but after two months in incubators they have finally been given the all-clear and sent home after exhaustive checks and examinations found them to be in good health.
