SEVENTY years of service to the town of Motril by members of the National Police are being commemorated in an exhibition at the town’s Fabrica del Pilar.
The exhibition serves as a tribute to all those officers who have over the years ensured the safety of the town as well as the general development of the force.
Together with other council representatives, Major of the town, Flor Almon, attended the inauguration event, which took place last Monday (September 21).
“National Police have made our city a safer place,” said the mayor, who took the chance to thank all members of the force for their service.
