A MAN has been caught at Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport with two kilos of dried seahorses in his luggage.
Upon inspection, Guardia Civil officers found the seahorses in two plastic bags inside the Chinese man’s luggage, which had been checked-in in Cali, Colombia.
The passenger, who had travelled from the Southern American country via Amsterdam, claimed that the bags were for personal use but was reported for breaking regulations on import, export or possession of protected species.
