THRILLING: wooden walkway along the side of the gorge is one of the main attractions
THE Caminito del Rey (King’s Walkway) booking site has opened up availability for free visits to the attraction over the last three months of the year.
Tickets, the provincial council reported, were once again going like hot cakes and all those available for October and most weekends in November had been taken within hours.
Since it was reopened to the public at the end of March, the thrilling mountain trail has attracted thousands of visitors, with 23,500 registered in the first months and tickets running out almost five months in advance.
