THE prosecution office of the Granada court has requested three years and six months in prison for two waiters who were involved in a brawl in Salobreña.

The events took place in July 2013 in a restaurant located on Salobreña’s seafront. The two waiters, Ruben MGM and Jose MRM, got involved in a fight, which was later joined by the latter’s uncle. They are said to have used a glass bottle with which they caused each other several injuries. Both had to receive treatment and will have to pay the cost to the Andalucian Health Service. In addition, the uncle is also facing a three-year-and-six-month sentence.
