MAYOR of Salobreña Maria Eugenia Rufino, announced that the town will become part of the network of towns willing to welcome Syrian refugees.
“We cannot turn our back on what is happening right now in Europe,” she said, and continued: “It is our duty to contribute as best we can; this is why we wanted to be part of the group of cities who joined to help.”
