NERJA’S summer is coming to an end, boasting healthy results.
Hotel occupancy in Nerja has reached 96 per cent, national tourists being the main reason for the positive results, followed by visitors from Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden and Ireland.
Tourism Councillor Patricia Gutierrez Roman also stressed the 11,629 enquiries registered at the municipal tourism office located on the ground floor of the town hall.
Amongst the information most often requested were timetables and other data about the Nerja Caves as well as ticket sales for upcoming concerts.
