ANDALUCIA DEVELOPMENT is a small but very well-established Scandinavian real estate company in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella.

Since the company was founded in 1981 by Kjell Hessedahl, it has witnessed the immense growth and prosperity of the area and acquired a unique experience in both the Spanish and the international real estate market.

Today the company is managed by Kjell’s son Ulf Hessedahl, who together with his multilingual team pride themselves in offering their clients a complete package when it comes to buying or selling a property.  

Throughout the years they have been able to establish solid relationships with all people and entities involved in a property transaction such as lawyers, notaries, building companies, property management, and many more which makes the whole process a lot smoother.

Our goal is to make our customers feel as comfortable as possible from start to finish, Ulf explains. We also help our clients with all the necessary after sale aspects and develop close relationships with many clients who tend to come back time and time again.
