Three women and one goal

THREE mayors with a common goal have shared their opinions in a meeting in Motril.

Mayors of Motril, Almuñecar and Salobreña, Flor Almon, Trinidad Herrera and Maria Eugenia Rufino respectively, held a meeting with Head of the Hotel Owners Association of the Costa Tropical, Rafael Lamelas, aimed at discussing the situation of the ‘Costa Tropical’ brand and to exchange ideas to create initiatives for the promotion of tourism in the region.

During the meeting, all representatives stressed the importance of creating new tourism products and to improve the existing, as well as strengthening competitiveness and making the town a more attractive area for visitors.

“These kind of meetings amongst those in charge of Costa Tropical towns are especially important to exchange our ideas and carry out joined projects that benefit all areas,” said Alicia Crespo, Motril Tourism councillor.
