On Tuesday afternoon I called and made an appointment to meet Jackie at 09:30 the following morning.

She was there exactly at 09:30, greeted us with a big smile and proceeded to show us our previous advertising from some time ago. She had done her research really well! Instead of a small ad to run for 4 weeks, she gently persuaded us to take out a larger one for 12 weeks.

She was extremely helpful with advice on wording and layout, and is easily the most effective sales rep we have met over the years.  She is a real asset to EWN, and it was great to meet someone who really cares.
