New author pens her story about Marbella

USING the pen name Adele Carter, a local resident decided that rather than just talk about her adventures, she would turn them into a book aimed at a similar market to those who adore ‘Sex and the City.’

She was inspired to produce ‘Single in Marbs’ based on the crazy party life that she has enjoyed around the world and in particular in Marbella over the past five years. The title was chosen before she became aware of the latest reality show set in Marbella.

The main character in her book is Adele, a woman in her late 30’s who was left in Marbella on her own after splitting with an ex. She manages to come to terms with her life and carry on, finding new friends with the same single agenda.

As she goes through a crazy round of Champagne parties with multi-millionaires, Adele meets her new love. Here the story becomes more intense as she goes through a range of experiences with him.

It’s hot, steamy, full of passion and suspense with a touch of ‘fifty shades.’ ‘Single in Marbs’ is based in real places in Marbella, but the story is a novel with fictional characters, not an autobiography. You will be left wanting more and can look forward to the sequel to ‘Single in Marbs’ in spring 2016.
