Enjoy Bistro in Elviria is the place to be

SITUATED in the pedestrian square of the bustling Centro Comercial in Elviria, the popular Enjoy Bistro is under the new ownership of charismatic Eamon and his charming partner Jennifer.

They have only been in place for seven weeks but with a background of food and drink from Dublin, Benalmadena and Torremolinos Eamon certainly has exciting ideas about the future of the Bistro.

With nine staff, including young chef Christopher who has 12 years experience in the kitchen, Enjoy is open from 9am until midnight, offering anything from full English breakfast to lunchtime snacks, gourmet burgers and a full a la carte menu particularly aimed at evening diners. Apart from all of this, there is an outstanding choice of Sunday roasts and the intent to expand their organic range.

Plans are afoot to change the restaurant name and to redecorate but in the meantime, the staff are all making sure that guests are well cared for. Enjoy has room for both indoor and outdoor dining and their large screens allow guests to watch the latest sports from around the world. See our advert below.
