THE hugely popular BBC programme Strictly Come Dancing returns to TV screens on Saturday September 5 with a whole host of genuine celebrities taking part.

Now in its 13th season, it will run as usual up to Christmas and expects to attract record audiences.

The judges remain the same and many of the favourite dancers including Ola Jordan, Brendan Cole and Anton du Beke will be taking part together with three new dancers. Now that the lineup has been announced, Anton du Beke can breathe a sigh of relief as there is no obvious ‘lame duck’ amongst the female contestants.

Last year’s new pair Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will once again host the show and perhaps amongst the many guest celebrities, Sir Bruce Forsyth may make a return appearance.

The full line up in order of announcement is;

Jeremy Vine – former presenter of News Night and Radio 2 DJ
Ainsley Harriot – TV chef
Kellie Bright – actress who has appeared in Eastenders
Georgia May Foote – actress who has appeared in Coronation Street
Katie Derham – BBC presenter of the Proms
Carol Kirkwood – news reader
Peter Andre – singer and star of reality TV
Daniel O’Donnell – singer
Anthony Ogogo – boxer
Jay McGuiness – singer with The Wanted
Anita Rani – Channel 4 presenter
Jamelia – singer and presenter
Helen George – actress in Call the Midwife
