MEMBERS of the opposition parties in Fuengirola Council want the town to become more supportive towards people facing eviction.
They have presented at petition to the town hall to create a board which aims to put an end to evictions by guaranteeing measures which find a solution for failure to make mortgage payments, and to guarantee water and electricity supply.
They also aim to create municipal housing plans and a network of municipal housing, as well as a census of people who are evicted.
