Being a computer service engineer with 24+ years of experience, after leaving school, my entire career has been computer service related. I have been building, repairing and maintaining computer systems (and all their associated peripherals) since 1991. Even since before people started having computers at home, when the ‘home computer’ was a Commodore 64 or Sinclair Spectrum.

In those 24 years I have repaired 1,000’s of computers and peripherals, and maintained systems for all kinds of clients ranging from home users and small businesses, medium to large corporate clients, as well as most of the Government organisations, such as Police Stations, Army Barracks, Prisons, Hospitals, Court Houses, the Stormont Parliament Building, as well as all the various Education establishments, covering all the Education sectors, from Primary and Secondary

Schools, through Colleges and Universities, and all their associated Administration Office locations.

When onsite Technical Depart-ments could not fix the problem, they called me in, and it was my responsibility to diagnose and repair the problem on my first visit, armed with nothing more than a basic toolkit, and a brief (usually somewhat inaccurate) fault description enabling me to pre-determine what replace-ment parts might be needed, if any.

What all this experience gives my current clients is an unmatched level of knowledge and expertise with any computer-related issue, from supply and installation, through any general after-sales-service requirement, and finally secure disposal of the equipment if required, and everything else in between.

I am a Toshiba Certified Laptop Engineer, and am also Microsoft Registered… what this means is I have the knowledge, skills, and tools to take any computer, in any state of functionality, and return it in as-new condition, fully updated, and running Genuine Microsoft software, for equal or less cost, and in less time, than any of my competitors.
