MANCHESTER CITY boss Manuel Pellegrini is facing up to the toughest Champions League group draw he could have hoped not to get, as the sky blues prepare to meet last season’s runners up Juventus and Europa League champions Sevilla. Strong Bundesliga side Borussia Mönchengladbach make up this year’s group of death.
Although there are no easy draws in the Champions League, other English sides fared better. Manchester United travel to PSV Eindhoven, CSKA Moscow and will meet Germany’s second place team from last season, Wolfsburg. Arsenal come up against Bayern Munich, Olympiacos and Dinamo Zagreb, while Chelsea play Macabi Tel-Aviv, Dynamo Kiev, and Jose Mourinho will relish the opportunity for mischief when they play his old club Porto.
The first games will be played on September 15 and 16.
