A NEW Ferris wheel under construction over recent weeks in Malaga City’s port has reached its maximum height of 70 metres and started to turn as tests were run on Friday (August 21). The wheel, which towers over nearby buildings on Muelle de Heredia, is expected to be ready for rides in the next few days and will remain in service for eight months.

  1. Why did they not have this up and running before the summer season when there would be more visitors. Pretty much par for the course when Spanish authorities have this mañana attitude.

  2. Easy to response, they have no money before the summer season. After the summer season they some money and they spend quickly, this way they can steal from the budget.
