German firm buys iconic Malaga building in Plaza de Felix Saenz

A GERMAN property company, Patrizia Immobilien AG, has acquired part of an iconic Malaga city centre building, on Plaza de Felix Saenz. 

The agency has bought the retail space of the building, leased to the fashion giant, H&M, on behalf of an investment fund. 

The chief of the property agency’s Spanish arm said that the buyer had been monitoring the Spanish property market for some time and found extremely positive development. Above and beyond the recovery, though, he said: “This building is something special.”
