A TWELVE-year-old girl’s parents have been arrested in Marbella for allegedly leaving her locked inside a car with the windows closed and the doors blocked for two and a half hours. The National Police force was alerted by a witness who saw the girl inside the vehicle in a shopping centre car park and sent officers to the scene, who had to break a window to rescue the anxious, dehydrated girl. While officers tended to the child and waited for an ambulance to arrive the parents appeared and were arrested.
