TWO people may face charges for manslaughter through negligence following Guardia Civil investigations on the death of a 23-year-old British woman in a bungee jumping accident in Granada on July 21.The police force believes that the monitor, who had travelled to Tablate bridge with 14 people to carry out the risky sport, failed to ensure all safety measures were taken and also considers the adventure company’s owner could be held responsible for sending just one monitor with the group.Investigators say the accident happened after the woman failed to wait for permission from the monitor, who had crossed the road to tense ropes, before jumping, possibly due to a misunderstanding.
